When people hear the word staging, they often think of throw pillows, artwork, or making a home “look pretty”.  In reality, effective staging has very little to do with decoration - and everything to do with how a buyer experiences a space.  

As a Canadian Staging Professional (CSP®), my role is to help sellers present their homes in a way that highlights space, flow, and function, allowing buyers to connect emotionally and see themselves living there.

Buyers Don’t Buy Homes - They Buy How a Home Feels 

Most buyers decide how they feel about a home within moments of walking through the door - or even sooner, when they see it online.

Staging is about removing distractions and creating clarity.  When rooms feel balanced and intentional, buyers can focus on the home itself instead of what feels crowded, awkward, or unfinished.
